Banquet Reservations:
Banquet Rooms are available for rental at Ray’s House – Especially 4 U! There is a rate difference for day and night rental. day rental (D): 10 am – 4 pm; Evening rental (E): 4 pm - midnight. A valid driver’s license and 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve banquet rooms. The balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event and there's a $500 minimum on all events that include catering.

Additional Fees: Refundable damage fee $200.00 required thirty (30) days prior to the event. Kitchen fee $35+ if using your own catering. Room rental fees will be reduced if catering is provided by Ray's House. Fees for renting the entire facility are listed below. Rental hours are available everyday from 10 am - Midnight with the exception of some holidays. All clients who rent Ray’s House - Especially 4 U for the entire day must have a member of your party present by 10 am.

Payment Policy
All clients who write a check must have a valid driver’s license, a checking account that has existed more than 6 months and submit the check 14 days in advance of the event. We accept major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and Discover. There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.
Alcohol Permits and Fees
There are certain restrictions and requirements that the city of Hampton has in place regarding alcohol. Please contact Ray’s House - Especially 4 U at 770-897-2152 for additional information.
